PhD in Computer Science

I'm an Associate Professor in Computer Science since September 2009 appointed at University of Bordeaux Segalen  (LESIM-ISPED Laboratory).

Until August 2009, I was a member of the Laboratory of Applied Computer Science LISI-ENSMA (FUTUROSCOPE Poitiers, France). 

I was previously employed by the City University of London (City eHealth Research Centre, CeRC) and working on the EU funded project SeaLife (IST-2006-027269). The objective of Sealife is the conception and realisation of a semantic Grid browser for the Life Sciences.

Prior to joining CeRC, I was a member of the TIMC-IMAG Laboratory, Joseph Fourier University of  Grenoble also known as University of Grenoble 1 (France) where I completed my PhD in Computer Science (Topic: An ontology-based architecture for structured and unstructured data management, link).

I was also a part-time lecturer (ATER & Moniteur) in Computer Science at University of Pierre Mendès France , Grenoble.
